Anish Jose is the founder of Cross Secure Global, a Tampa, Florida-based brand protection and investigations consultancy serving global companies operating across India and South Asia.
With 14 years of experience in brand protection, anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and corporate investigations, Anish has built and led intelligence-driven programs for multinational brands across FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, apparel, and consumer goods. Over the course of his career, he has directed more than 100 anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions and overseen upwards of 10,000 passing-off investigations, protecting brand integrity across some of the most complex and high-risk markets in India and South Asia.
His expertise spans the full brand protection lifecycle — from building pan-India intelligence networks and managing infringement databases to designing proactive safeguarding strategies including packaging audits and consumer awareness campaigns. He has advised the Government of India at the ministry level on brand protection policy, and has trained employees, distributors, and retailers to strengthen counterfeit detection across the supply chain.

Throughout his career, Vincent has been involved in brand protection and intellectual property initiatives for more than 250 brands, supporting businesses in protecting and managing their intellectual property interests across complex and evolving markets.
His experience extends beyond IP protection into technology commercialization, licensing, innovation exchange, and structured IP transactions. He is also the Founder of IPR Commerce, an initiative focused on developing a global ecosystem connecting innovators, institutions, businesses, and opportunities for intellectual property commercialization.
